How did you get involved in H54H?

I’ve always been a supporter of High Fives for Hope and saw opportunity to help promote our events and brand the non-profit in the community. My hope is to make a difference on High Five at a time with a great team!

Why do you enjoy being a High Fiver?

It’s great to be part of an organization that strives to find fun, cost friendly events to help raise awareness for cancers that effect so many people. It’s not about how much you can give. Every five counts, whether it be donating $5 or spending five minutes talking to someone. Knowledge saves lives.

What does it mean to you to be a High Fiver?

It’s humbling to hear survival stories and see the thirst for life that we so often take for granted. I am honored to be a part of a team that strives to spotlight these amazing people. Being a High Fiver for me is not just about raising awareness and money, but about celebrating life.

What is your favorite H54H event that you have participated in and why?

I would have to say the Race for Hope 5k.  It has the best turnout of all our events and is very rewarding to be a part of.
